The XD10U model from Mitsubishi combines DLP technology in the Standard-Portabel sector with 1200 ANSI lumens, a contrast of 500:1 and a native XGA 1024 x 768 resolution. According to Mitsubishi, the lamp has a durability of 1000 hours. Looking at practical performance, up to 302 cm can be illuminated with 1200 ANSI lumens in dark environments. Once daylight is in the room, the image should ideally be no wider than 201 cm. Since entering the market in 2001, production has been discontinued; the manufacturer no longer actively offers the model.
