Based on LCD technology, the Mitsubishi XL25U device delivers 2600 ANSI lumens, a resolution of XGA 1024 x 768 and a contrast of 500:1 as a projector. In operating mode, the installed projector lamp offers a lifespan of 1500 hours. For maximum setup flexibility, the model supports optional interchangeable lenses, meaning the optics can be precisely matched to individual on-site requirements. Suitable distances can be determined using the Projector Calculator. Looking at practical performance, up to 444 cm can be illuminated with 2600 ANSI lumens in dark environments. Once daylight is in the room, the image should ideally be no wider than 296 cm. Additionally, a built-in ambient light sensor measures the room lighting and automatically adjusts the projection settings. Since entering the market in 2002, production has been discontinued; the manufacturer no longer actively offers the model.
