The hardware properties of the EMP 7600 manufactured by Epson include 2200 ANSI lumens, a XGA 1024 x 768 resolution and a contrast value of 400:1. The manufacturer lists the lamp life at 1500 hours. Thanks to the interchangeable lens system, the device can be equipped with optional lenses to react flexibly to different room sizes. Exact values for specific rooms are provided by the Lens Calculator. Regarding projection size, the value of 2200 ANSI lumens allows for an image width of up to 408 cm in darkened environments. In rooms with ambient light, the image width should be correspondingly reduced to a maximum of 272 cm. Regarding signal processing, the model is compatible with incoming 1080P content. Since entering the market in 2000, production has been discontinued; the manufacturer no longer actively offers the model.
Standard-Portabel | External training and company presentations, as well as product presentations. Medium screen width or rooms with little light, max. 100 lumens.
I had this projector in operation for 2 years. The lamp has been used several times with over 4000 hours of playing time until it really stopped working. Digital signals can be imported via DVI, or HDMI using a suitable adapter. There are plenty of connection options. The projector is capable of upside-down projection and rear projection, which is why I mounted it upside down on the ceiling. It delivers a nice bright picture. The only drawback is the noise. Less suitable for the bedroom.
