This projector is named EB X15, originates from Epson, and its data sheet shows 3000 ANSI lumens, a contrast of 3000:1 and a resolution of XGA 1024 x 768. The manufacturer lists the lamp life at 4000 hours – mathematically sufficient for 5.5 years based on two hours of use per day. To compensate for angled projection positions, the model features 2D keystone correction, which digitally corrects trapezoidal distortion. A look at the light output reveals: The 3000 ANSI lumens are sufficient to illuminate an image width of up to 477 cm in darkened rooms. If room light is present, we recommend not exceeding a maximum width of 318 cm. Regarding signal processing, the model is compatible with incoming 1080P content. This model dates back to 2012 and is no longer part of Epson's current product range.
