Model Overview

Known as the VPL-DW241, this Laser-LCD projector by Sony features basic specs of 3100 ANSI lumens, a contrast of 4000:1 at a WXGA 1280 x 800 resolution. According to Sony, the included lamp lasts up to 3000 hours.
Looking at practical performance, up to 566 cm can be illuminated with 3100 ANSI lumens in dark environments. Once daylight is in the room, the image should ideally be no wider than 377 cm.
In terms of video signals, the device processes resolutions up to Full HD 1080P.
Since entering the market in 2018, production has been discontinued; the manufacturer no longer actively offers the model.
