Based on DLP technology, the Viewsonic PX725HD device delivers 2000 ANSI lumens, a resolution of HDTV 1920 x 1080 and a contrast of 22000:1 as a projector. According to Viewsonic, the lamp has a durability of 3500 hours. Thanks to the combination of optical lens shift and digital keystone correction, the projected image's position can be adjusted very flexibly. The Distance Calculator helps find the optimal installation dimensions. Regarding projection size, the value of 2000 ANSI lumens allows for an image width of up to 454 cm in darkened environments. In rooms with ambient light, the image width should be correspondingly reduced to a maximum of 303 cm. Regarding signal processing, the model is compatible with incoming 1080P content as well as 3D. Since entering the market in 2018, production has been discontinued; the manufacturer no longer actively offers the model.
