With the LS711HD, Viewsonic offers a Laser-DLP projector that features 4000 ANSI lumens, a contrast of 3000000:1 and a resolution of HDTV 1920 x 1080. Using this laser phosphor technology, the light source runtime is rated at 30000 hours, covering an estimated 20.5 years based on a 4-hour daily runtime. To ensure a rectangular image even with asymmetrical placement, the projector includes digital keystone correction for both the horizontal and vertical axes. Thanks to its low throw ratio, the model is excellently suited for rooms with limited space. A distance of just 99 cm is sufficient to generate an image width of 2 meters. Looking at practical performance, up to 643 cm can be illuminated with 4000 ANSI lumens in dark environments. Once daylight is in the room, the image should ideally be no wider than 429 cm. In terms of video signals, the device processes resolutions up to Full HD 1080P. Furthermore, the model supports 360° projections for highly flexible deployment scenarios. Regarding noise emissions, the model proves to be exceptionally quiet during operation, producing just 30 decibels.
