The Pro7827HD is a 3D-DLP projector by Viewsonic, whose specifications list 2200 ANSI lumens, a contrast of 22000:1 and a HDTV 1920 x 1080 resolution. The manufacturer lists the lamp life at 3500 hours. Both optical image shifting (lens shift) and digital keystone adjustment are included, enabling exact alignment on the screen. Accurate distances are provided by the Projection Calculator. Looking at practical performance, up to 477 cm can be illuminated with 2200 ANSI lumens in dark environments. Once daylight is in the room, the image should ideally be no wider than 318 cm. In terms of video signals, the device processes resolutions up to Full HD 1080P as well as 3D. Thanks to MHL support, screen content from mobile devices can be transmitted via cable, including charging power for the device. Equipped with a microphone jack and built-in speakers (10W), audio signals during presentations can be played back directly without an external audio system. Since entering the market in 2016, production has been discontinued; the manufacturer no longer actively offers the model.
