Based on DLP technology, the Viewsonic PJD7828HDL device delivers 3200 ANSI lumens, a resolution of HDTV 1920 x 1080 and a contrast of 22000:1 as a projector. According to Viewsonic, the lamp has a durability of 4000 hours. With two hours of daily operation, this corresponds to a period of 5.5 years. A look at the light output reveals: The 3200 ANSI lumens are sufficient to illuminate an image width of up to 575 cm in darkened rooms. If room light is present, we recommend not exceeding a maximum width of 383 cm. Regarding signal processing, the model is compatible with incoming 1080P content as well as 3D. The built-in HDMI-MHL (Mobile High-Definition Link) port enables screen mirroring from a smartphone while simultaneously charging it. The projector was released in 2016 and is officially no longer distributed by Viewsonic.
