As a projector for the Standard-Portabel sector, the Viewsonic PX727HD is equipped with 2000 ANSI lumens and a HDTV 1920 x 1080 resolution. The manufacturer rates the durability of the included lamp at 4000 hours. With two hours of daily operation, this corresponds to a period of 5.5 years. The image geometry can be adjusted via the built-in keystone correction so that a clean, rectangular display is achieved even with non-ideal placement. A look at the light output reveals: The 2000 ANSI lumens are sufficient to illuminate an image width of up to 454 cm in darkened rooms. If room light is present, we recommend not exceeding a maximum width of 303 cm. Regarding signal processing, the model is compatible with incoming 1080P content as well as 3D. The projector was released in 2020 and is officially no longer distributed by Viewsonic.
