As a projector for the Standard-Portabel sector, the Viewsonic PJ258D is equipped with 2000 ANSI lumens, a XGA 1024 x 768 resolution and a contrast of 2000:1. In operating mode, the installed projector lamp offers a lifespan of 2000 hours. A look at the light output reveals: The 2000 ANSI lumens are sufficient to illuminate an image width of up to 389 cm in darkened rooms. If room light is present, we recommend not exceeding a maximum width of 259 cm. This model dates back to 2007 and is no longer part of Viewsonic's current product range.

Attention - you should not be fooled by the iPod dock, because the latest iPods (iPod Clasic, iPod Nano 3rd generation, probably also iPod touch) are NOT compatible with this projector.
However, if you own a 5th generation iPod (iPod Video), this projector will certainly be a winner.
The picture quality is OK and operation is easy. Even beginners can get to grips with the device straight away (switch on, set focus and zoom, connect source, done).
