Behind the name DLA RS520 is a 3D-DILA projector by JVC, whose main features include 1900 ANSI lumens, a contrast of 130000:1 and a UHD (4K2K) 3840 x 2160 resolution. The presence of a lens shift function enables flexible vertical or horizontal positioning of the projector. The achievable distances are shown in the Distance Calculator. Regarding projection size, the value of 1900 ANSI lumens allows for an image width of up to 443 cm in darkened environments. In rooms with ambient light, the image width should be correspondingly reduced to a maximum of 295 cm. In terms of video signals, the device processes resolutions up to Full HD 1080P and 4K as well as 3D, meaning standard Blu-ray formats are processed effortlessly. For integration into professional environments, an RJ45 connection is available for network control and remote maintenance. With a value of only 20 decibels, the noise level during operation remains pleasantly in the background. The projector was released in 2017 and is officially no longer distributed by JVC.
