The JVC DLA X700R is a 3D-DILA projector offering 1200 ANSI lumens, a contrast of 120000:1 and a resolution of UHD (4K2K) 3840 x 2160. The manufacturer specifies a runtime of 4000 hours for this projector's lamp. A daily usage of 2 hours makes an operational lifespan of 5.5 years possible. For precise setup, the device features a lens shift mechanism that allows for optical image shifting. To plan the individual installation location, a look at the Projection Calculator is recommended. A look at the light output reveals: The 1200 ANSI lumens are sufficient to illuminate an image width of up to 352 cm in darkened rooms. If room light is present, we recommend not exceeding a maximum width of 235 cm. Regarding signal processing, the model is compatible with incoming 1080P content and 4K as well as 3D, meaning standard Blu-ray formats are processed effortlessly. For integration into professional environments, an RJ45 connection is available for network control and remote maintenance. With a value of only 20 decibels, the noise level during operation remains pleasantly in the background. Since entering the market in 2013, production has been discontinued; the manufacturer no longer actively offers the model.
