A projector from JVC is the DLA-VS4700, whose 3D-DILA model delivers 3000 ANSI lumens, a resolution of UHD (4K+2K) 4096 x 2160 and a contrast of 12000:1. Using this laser phosphor technology, the light source runtime is rated at 20000 hours, which translates to 13.7 years with 4 hours of daily use. An integrated lens shift provides significant leeway for placement. The lens can be adjusted to precisely align the image even with off-center installations. To meet a wide variety of installation conditions, the projector offers the option of using different interchangeable lenses. Verifying the respective distances is easily possible via the Projector Calculator. Regarding projection size, the value of 3000 ANSI lumens allows for an image width of up to 675 cm in darkened environments. In rooms with ambient light, the image width should be correspondingly reduced to a maximum of 450 cm. In terms of video signals, the device processes resolutions up to Full HD 1080P and 4K as well as 3D, meaning standard Blu-ray formats are processed effortlessly. For convenient remote monitoring and administration, the projector is equipped with a classic RJ45 network socket. This model dates back to 2018 and is no longer part of JVC's current product range.
