As a projector for the Stationary sector, the JVC DLA-RS4500 is equipped with 3000 ANSI lumens, a UHD (4K+2K) 4096 x 2160 resolution and a contrast of 12000:1. This is a laser projector with a light source designed to last for 20000 hours. With four hours of daily operation, this corresponds to a period of 13.7 years. The specifications indicate lens shift optics, allowing the image to be physically shifted without introducing digital image artifacts. To meet a wide variety of installation conditions, the projector offers the option of using different interchangeable lenses. Verifying the respective distances is easily possible via the Lens Calculator. Looking at practical performance, up to 366 cm can be illuminated with 3000 ANSI lumens in dark environments. Once daylight is in the room, the image should ideally be no wider than 244 cm. In terms of video signals, the device processes resolutions up to Full HD 1080P and 4K. For convenient remote monitoring and administration, the projector is equipped with a classic RJ45 network socket. The projector was released in 2016 and is officially no longer distributed by JVC.
