Designed for the Stationary sector, the DLA S15 model from JVC features 1500 ANSI lumens, a native SXGA+ 1365 x 1024 resolution and a contrast ratio of 350:1. The manufacturer rates the durability of the included lamp at 1000 hours. Looking at practical performance, up to 337 cm can be illuminated with 1500 ANSI lumens in dark environments. Once daylight is in the room, the image should ideally be no wider than 225 cm. Since entering the market in 2000, production has been discontinued; the manufacturer no longer actively offers the model. Important maintenance note: It is no longer possible to procure replacement lamps for this model.
