A projector from JVC is the DLA X9B, whose 3D-DILA model delivers 1300 ANSI lumens, a resolution of HDTV 1920 x 1080 and a contrast of 100000:1. According to JVC, the lamp has a durability of 3000 hours. For precise setup, the device features a lens shift mechanism that allows for optical image shifting. To plan the individual installation location, a look at the Projection Calculator is recommended. Looking at practical performance, up to 366 cm can be illuminated with 1300 ANSI lumens in dark environments. Once daylight is in the room, the image should ideally be no wider than 244 cm. Regarding signal processing, the model is compatible with incoming 1080P content as well as 3D. For integration into professional environments, an RJ45 connection is available for network control and remote maintenance. Regarding noise emissions, the model proves to be exceptionally quiet during operation, producing just 20 decibels. The projector was released in 2010 and is officially no longer distributed by JVC.
