The DLA X7 model is a 3D-DILA projector from JVC, intended for High-End Homecinema applications, offering 1300 ANSI lumens, a contrast of 70000:1 at HDTV 1920 x 1080. In operating mode, the installed projector lamp offers a lifespan of 3000 hours. For precise setup, the device features a lens shift mechanism that allows for optical image shifting. To plan the individual installation location, a look at the Projection Calculator is recommended. A look at the light output reveals: The 1300 ANSI lumens are sufficient to illuminate an image width of up to 366 cm in darkened rooms. If room light is present, we recommend not exceeding a maximum width of 244 cm. Regarding signal processing, the model is compatible with incoming 1080P content as well as 3D. For integration into professional environments, an RJ45 connection is available for network control and remote maintenance. With a value of only 20 decibels, the noise level during operation remains pleasantly in the background. Since entering the market in 2010, production has been discontinued; the manufacturer no longer actively offers the model.
