Designed for the High-End Homecinema sector, the DLA RS1X model from JVC features 700 ANSI lumens, a native HDTV 1920 x 1080 resolution and a contrast ratio of 15000:1. According to JVC, the included lamp lasts up to 2000 hours. The specifications indicate lens shift optics, allowing the image to be physically shifted without digital image artifacts. The Projector Calculator is available for room planning. Regarding projection size, the value of 700 ANSI lumens allows for an image width of up to 269 cm in darkened environments. In rooms with ambient light, the image width should be correspondingly reduced to a maximum of 179 cm. Regarding signal processing, the model is compatible with incoming 1080P content. In the specifications, the operating noise is listed at a mere 25 decibels, indicating very quiet cooling. Since entering the market in 2008, production has been discontinued; the manufacturer no longer actively offers the model.
