This projector from Eiki utilizes LCD technology, achieving 10000 ANSI lumens and a contrast of 1000:1 at a resolution of XGA 1024 x 768. According to Eiki, the included lamp lasts up to 2000 hours. Thanks to the combination of optical lens shift and digital keystone correction, the projected image's position can be adjusted very flexibly. The specifications identify the device as a model with an interchangeable lens option. Matching optional optics allow for exact adaptation to the required image size and projection distance, which can be calculated directly with the Projector Calculator. Looking at practical performance, up to 871 cm can be illuminated with 10000 ANSI lumens in dark environments. Once daylight is in the room, the image should ideally be no wider than 581 cm. The projector was released in 2002 and is officially no longer distributed by Eiki. This model continues to hold a solid place in our database search queries.
