With the EIP X5500, Eiki offers a 3D-LED-DLP projector that features 5500 ANSI lumens, a contrast of 2200:1 and a resolution of XGA 1024 x 768. The manufacturer lists the lamp life at 3000 hours. A look at the light output reveals: The 5500 ANSI lumens are sufficient to illuminate an image width of up to 646 cm in darkened rooms. If room light is present, we recommend not exceeding a maximum width of 431 cm. Regarding signal processing, the model is compatible with incoming 1080P content. For convenient remote monitoring and administration, the projector is equipped with a classic RJ45 network socket. Since entering the market in 2013, production has been discontinued; the manufacturer no longer actively offers the model.
