The projector EK-306U by Eiki utilizes LCD technology and, according to the spec sheet, achieves 5000 ANSI lumens, a contrast of 10000:1 at a resolution of WUXGA 1920 x 1200. According to Eiki, the included lamp lasts up to 3000 hours. Thanks to the combination of optical lens shift and digital keystone correction, the projected image's position can be adjusted very flexibly. The Distance Calculator helps find the optimal installation dimensions. Regarding projection size, the value of 5000 ANSI lumens allows for an image width of up to 718 cm in darkened environments. In rooms with ambient light, the image width should be correspondingly reduced to a maximum of 479 cm. Regarding signal processing, the model is compatible with incoming 1080P content as well as 3D. The built-in HDMI-MHL (Mobile High-Definition Link) port enables screen mirroring from a smartphone while simultaneously charging it. For convenient remote monitoring and administration, the projector is equipped with a classic RJ45 network socket. The projector was released in 2018 and is officially no longer distributed by Eiki.
