Designed for the Stationary sector, the EK-355U model from Eiki features 5500 ANSI lumens, a native WUXGA 1920 x 1200 resolution and a contrast ratio of 50000:1. The built-in LED technology features a light source lifespan of 25000 hours. With four hours of daily operation, this corresponds to a period of 17.1 years. For distortion-free image alignment, the projector offers both a lens shift function and keystone correction. The amount of leeway the lens provides can be checked in the Lens Shift Calculator. Regarding projection size, the value of 5500 ANSI lumens allows for an image width of up to 753 cm in darkened environments. In rooms with ambient light, the image width should be correspondingly reduced to a maximum of 502 cm. Regarding signal processing, the model is compatible with incoming 1080P content as well as 3D. An additional 360° projection capability allows the device to be oriented at almost any angle. The built-in HDMI-MHL (Mobile High-Definition Link) port enables screen mirroring from a smartphone while simultaneously charging it. For convenient remote monitoring and administration, the projector is equipped with a classic RJ45 network socket. Since entering the market in 2018, production has been discontinued; the manufacturer no longer actively offers the model.
