The LC NB1U model from Eiki combines LCD technology in the Standard-Portabel sector with 600 ANSI lumens, a contrast of 250:1 and a native SVGA 800 x 600 resolution. The runtime of the lamp in this model is estimated at 2000 hours before a replacement is necessary. A look at the light output reveals: The 600 ANSI lumens are sufficient to illuminate an image width of up to 213 cm in darkened rooms. If room light is present, we recommend not exceeding a maximum width of 142 cm. The projector was released in 1998 and is officially no longer distributed by Eiki.
