Behind the name TITAN Quad Reference 3D is a 3D-Laser-DLP projector by Digital Projection, whose main features include 8000 ANSI lumens, a contrast of 5000:1 and a HDTV 1920 x 1080 resolution. According to Digital Projection, the lamp has a durability of 1500 hours. In terms of image alignment, the model offers an optical lens shift function, allowing the image to be shifted on the projection surface without any loss of quality. The optical system is designed for the use of interchangeable lenses, allowing for a tailor-made configuration for almost any throw ratio. The Projection Calculator is available to calculate the exact dimensions. Looking at practical performance, up to 909 cm can be illuminated with 8000 ANSI lumens in dark environments. Once daylight is in the room, the image should ideally be no wider than 606 cm. Should very large projection surfaces be required, the integrated edge-blending software offers the possibility to seamlessly combine images from multiple projectors without visible seams. In terms of video signals, the device processes resolutions up to Full HD 1080P as well as 3D. For convenient remote monitoring and administration, the projector is equipped with a classic RJ45 network socket. Since entering the market in 2013, production has been discontinued; the manufacturer no longer actively offers the model.
