Based on DLP technology, the Digital Projection E-Vision Laser 11000 4K-UHD device delivers 9500 ANSI lumens, a resolution of 4KESHIFT 2716 x 1528 and a contrast of 6000:1 as a projector. The laser technology ensures a specified light source lifespan of up to 20000 hours, which translates to 13.7 years with 4 hours of daily use. The specifications indicate lens shift optics, allowing the image to be physically shifted without introducing digital image artifacts. The specifications identify the device as a model with an interchangeable lens option. Matching optional optics allow for exact adaptation to the required image size and projection distance, which can be calculated directly with the Projection Calculator. Regarding projection size, the value of 9500 ANSI lumens allows for an image width of up to 990 cm in darkened environments. In rooms with ambient light, the image width should be correspondingly reduced to a maximum of 660 cm. Should very large projection surfaces be required, the integrated edge-blending software offers the possibility to seamlessly combine images from multiple projectors without visible seams. Regarding signal processing, the model is compatible with incoming 1080P content and 4K as well as 3D, meaning standard Blu-ray formats are processed effortlessly. Connectivity for fixed installations is rounded off by an RJ45 port for remote maintenance and an HDBaseT interface, which transmits bundled video, audio, and control data over long cable runs. Since entering the market in 2017, production has been discontinued; the manufacturer no longer actively offers the model. In our projector directory, the device still generates high interest.
