As a projector for the Event sector, the Digital Projection INSIGHT LASER 8K Gen II is equipped with 37000 ANSI lumens and a 8K 7680 x 4320 resolution. The laser technology ensures a specified light source lifespan of up to 20000 hours. Daily use of 4 hours makes an operational lifespan of over 13.7 years possible. A major advantage for professional installations is the ability to use interchangeable lenses, allowing the projector to adapt to highly varied projection distances. Which optic is required for a specific case can easily be calculated via the Lens Calculator. Regarding projection size, the value of 37000 ANSI lumens allows for an image width of up to 1675 cm in darkened environments. In rooms with ambient light, the image width should be correspondingly reduced to a maximum of 1117 cm. Should very large projection surfaces be required, the integrated edge-blending software offers the possibility to seamlessly combine images from multiple projectors without visible seams. For media input, video signals up to 1080P as well as 3D are supported. Furthermore, the model supports 360° projections for highly flexible deployment scenarios. For integration into professional environments, an RJ45 connection is available for network control and remote maintenance.
