The iVision 20HD / W / XC / XB model is a BrilliantColor-DLP projector from Digital Projection, intended for Homecinema applications, offering 1400 ANSI lumens, a contrast of 4000:1 at HDTV 1280 x 720. According to Digital Projection, the lamp has a durability of 2000 hours. The optical system is designed for the use of interchangeable lenses, allowing for a tailor-made configuration for almost any throw ratio. The Distance Calculator is available to calculate the exact dimensions. Regarding projection size, the value of 1400 ANSI lumens allows for an image width of up to 380 cm in darkened environments. In rooms with ambient light, the image width should be correspondingly reduced to a maximum of 253 cm. Regarding signal processing, the model is compatible with incoming 1080P content. For convenient remote monitoring and administration, the projector is equipped with a classic RJ45 network socket. A look at the data sheet confirms a very subtle fan noise for the projector at just 30 decibels. The projector was released in 2006 and is officially no longer distributed by Digital Projection.
