Based on DLP technology, the Digital Projection iVision HD-X projects images in a Homecinema environment, with technical specs listing 1000 ANSI lumens, a contrast of 4000:1 and a HDTV 1280 x 720 resolution. According to Digital Projection, the included lamp lasts up to 2000 hours. To meet a wide variety of installation conditions, the projector offers the option of using different interchangeable lenses. Verifying the respective distances is easily possible via the Projector Calculator. Regarding projection size, the value of 1000 ANSI lumens allows for an image width of up to 321 cm in darkened environments. In rooms with ambient light, the image width should be correspondingly reduced to a maximum of 214 cm. For convenient remote monitoring and administration, the projector is equipped with a classic RJ45 network socket. With a value of only 28 decibels, the noise level during operation remains pleasantly in the background. The projector was released in 2005 and is officially no longer distributed by Digital Projection. This model continues to hold a solid place in our database search queries.
