The projector PX703HD by Viewsonic operates as a 3D-DLP device with 3500 ANSI lumens, a HDTV 1920 x 1080 resolution and a contrast of 12000:1. According to Viewsonic, the included lamp lasts up to 5000 hours, achieving a lifespan of 6.8 years when used for 2 hours a day. To facilitate room installation, the device is equipped with mechanical lens shift and additional keystone correction. Precise setup distances can be determined in the Distance Calculator. A look at the light output reveals: The 3500 ANSI lumens are sufficient to illuminate an image width of up to 601 cm in darkened rooms. If room light is present, we recommend not exceeding a maximum width of 401 cm. Regarding signal processing, the model is compatible with incoming 1080P content as well as 3D. Since entering the market in 2020, production has been discontinued; the manufacturer no longer actively offers the model.
