This projector is named PRO V1700, originates from Eiki, and its data sheet shows 17000 ANSI lumens, a contrast of 3000000:1 and a resolution of WUXGA 1920 x 1200. This is a laser projector with a light source designed to last for 20000 hours – calculating to 13.7 years at four hours of use per day. To compensate for angled projection positions, the model features 2D keystone correction, which digitally corrects trapezoidal distortion. For maximum setup flexibility, the model supports optional interchangeable lenses, meaning the optics can be precisely matched to individual on-site requirements. Suitable distances can be determined using the Distance Calculator. Regarding projection size, the value of 17000 ANSI lumens allows for an image width of up to 1325 cm in darkened environments. In rooms with ambient light, the image width should be correspondingly reduced to a maximum of 883 cm. Should very large projection surfaces be required, the integrated edge-blending software offers the possibility to seamlessly combine images from multiple projectors without visible seams. Regarding signal processing, the model is compatible with incoming 1080P content and 4K, and also offers the technical capability for 360° projection. The model is perfectly equipped for complex installations: In addition to the RJ45 jack for network administration, an HDBaseT port is available, transporting high-resolution AV signals over a single Cat cable.
