Based on DLP technology, the Vivitek D756USTi projects images in a Short Distance environment, with technical specs listing 3300 ANSI lumens, a contrast of 10000:1 and a WXGA 1280 x 800 resolution. The runtime of the lamp in this model is estimated at 5000 hours before a replacement is necessary, which amounts to roughly 6.8 years at 2 hours of daily use. With its built-in wide-angle optics, the device belongs to the category of short-throw projectors. An image width of 2 meters is realized from a short distance of 70 cm. Looking at practical performance, up to 584 cm can be illuminated with 3300 ANSI lumens in dark environments. Once daylight is in the room, the image should ideally be no wider than 389 cm. In terms of video signals, the device processes resolutions up to Full HD 1080P. For convenient remote monitoring and administration, the projector is equipped with a classic RJ45 network socket. Equipped with a microphone jack and built-in speakers (10W), audio signals during presentations can be played back directly without an external audio system. Since entering the market in 2015, production has been discontinued; the manufacturer no longer actively offers the model.
