Based on DLP technology, the Vivitek D6500 projects images in a Stationary environment, with technical specs listing 6500 ANSI lumens, a contrast of 2500:1 and a XGA 1024 x 768 resolution. According to Vivitek, the included lamp lasts up to 2000 hours. Regarding setup flexibility, the model features an optical lens shift function alongside digital keystone correction, allowing for precise alignment without distortion. Thanks to the interchangeable lens system, the device can be equipped with optional lenses to react flexibly to different room sizes. Exact values for specific rooms are provided by the Distance Calculator. Looking at practical performance, up to 702 cm can be illuminated with 6500 ANSI lumens in dark environments. Once daylight is in the room, the image should ideally be no wider than 468 cm. For integration into professional environments, an RJ45 connection is available for network control and remote maintenance. This model dates back to 2009 and is no longer part of Vivitek's current product range.
