The DU8195Z model is a 3D-Laser-DLP projector from Vivitek, intended for Event applications, offering 13500 ANSI lumens, a contrast of 10000:1 at WUXGA 1920 x 1200. Using this laser phosphor technology, the light source runtime is rated at 20000 hours. Daily use of 4 hours makes an operational lifespan of over 13.7 years possible. Both optical image shifting (lens shift) and digital keystone adjustment are included, enabling exact alignment on the screen. The specifications identify the device as a model with an interchangeable lens option. Matching optional optics allow for exact adaptation to the required image size and projection distance, which can be calculated directly with the Projector Calculator. Regarding projection size, the value of 13500 ANSI lumens allows for an image width of up to 1180 cm in darkened environments. In rooms with ambient light, the image width should be correspondingly reduced to a maximum of 787 cm. Should very large projection surfaces be required, the integrated edge-blending software offers the possibility to seamlessly combine images from multiple projectors without visible seams. In terms of video signals, the device processes resolutions up to Full HD 1080P as well as 3D. An additional 360° projection capability allows the device to be oriented at almost any angle. For convenient remote monitoring and administration, the projector is equipped with a classic RJ45 network socket. Since entering the market in 2019, production has been discontinued; the manufacturer no longer actively offers the model.
