Designed for the Event sector, the DU9900Z model from Vivitek features 22000 ANSI lumens, a native WUXGA 1920 x 1200 resolution and a contrast ratio of 10000:1. With its built-in laser light source, the projector achieves a manufacturer-stated lifespan of 20000 hours, which translates to 13.7 years with 4 hours of daily use. Both optical image shifting (lens shift) and digital keystone adjustment are included, enabling exact alignment on the screen. For maximum setup flexibility, the model supports optional interchangeable lenses, meaning the optics can be precisely matched to individual on-site requirements. Suitable distances can be determined using the Projection Calculator. Regarding projection size, the value of 22000 ANSI lumens allows for an image width of up to 1507 cm in darkened environments. In rooms with ambient light, the image width should be correspondingly reduced to a maximum of 1005 cm. Should very large projection surfaces be required, the integrated edge-blending software offers the possibility to seamlessly combine images from multiple projectors without visible seams. Regarding signal processing, the model is compatible with incoming 1080P content as well as 3D, and also offers the technical capability for 360° projection. For integration into professional environments, an RJ45 connection is available for network control and remote maintenance. This model dates back to 2021 and is no longer part of Vivitek's current product range.
