With the Qumi Q2, Vivitek offers a 3D-BrilliantColor-DLP projector that features 300 ANSI lumens, a contrast of 2500:1 and a resolution of WXGA 1280 x 800. The manufacturer specifies a durability of 30000 hours for the LED light source – equivalent to a usable life of 20.5 years at 4 hours a day. The projector is offered by the manufacturer in both white and black housing variants. To reduce dependence on stationary power sources, the model is equipped with a built-in battery for autonomous operation. A look at the light output reveals: The 300 ANSI lumens are sufficient to illuminate an image width of up to 176 cm in darkened rooms. If room light is present, we recommend not exceeding a maximum width of 117 cm. Regarding signal processing, the model is compatible with incoming 1080P content. As an additional feature, an integrated media player enables the direct playback of files without an external source device. This model dates back to 2011 and is no longer part of Vivitek's current product range. As an archive device, the projector remains highly relevant in our database.

Connection between Qumi Q2 and Samsung Galaxy S2 possible
A connection between Qumi Q2 and Galaxy S2 is possible via the MHL cable from Samsung and Qumi HDMi/MiniHDMI if the power cable is connected to the MHL cable at the same time.

no connection to Samsung Galaxy S2
The mini projector is a good device with very favorable dimensions (weight). It works very well with the netbook. However, I cannot establish a connection between the Galaxy S2 and the projector using the combination of the Samsung MHL cable and the HDMI-MiniHDMI cable included in the scope of delivery.
