The projector PLC XU101 by Sanyo utilizes LCD technology and, according to the spec sheet, achieves 4000 ANSI lumens, a contrast of 500:1 at a resolution of XGA 1024 x 768. According to Sanyo, the lamp has a durability of 2500 hours. A look at the light output reveals: The 4000 ANSI lumens are sufficient to illuminate an image width of up to 551 cm in darkened rooms. If room light is present, we recommend not exceeding a maximum width of 367 cm. This model dates back to 2007 and is no longer part of Sanyo's current product range.
