As a projector, the Sanyo PLC XE33 combines LCD technology with a resolution of XGA 1024 x 768, and is additionally specified with 1500 ANSI lumens and a contrast of 500:1. The runtime of the lamp in this model is estimated at 2000 hours before a replacement is necessary. Looking at practical performance, up to 337 cm can be illuminated with 1500 ANSI lumens in dark environments. Once daylight is in the room, the image should ideally be no wider than 225 cm. For integration into professional environments, an RJ45 connection is available for network control and remote maintenance. Since entering the market in 2009, production has been discontinued; the manufacturer no longer actively offers the model.
