The PLC SU32 model from Sanyo combines LCD technology in the Standard-Portabel sector with 1800 ANSI lumens, a contrast of 350:1 and a native SVGA 800 x 600 resolution. According to Sanyo, the included lamp lasts up to 2000 hours. Regarding projection size, the value of 1800 ANSI lumens allows for an image width of up to 369 cm in darkened environments. In rooms with ambient light, the image width should be correspondingly reduced to a maximum of 246 cm. As an additional feature, an integrated media player enables the direct playback of files without an external source device. The projector was released in 2002 and is officially no longer distributed by Sanyo.
