According to Sanyo, the PLC XL45 model provides 2000 ANSI lumens, a contrast ratio of 450:1 alongside a XGA 1024 x 768 resolution. In operating mode, the installed projector lamp offers a lifespan of 1500 hours. Thanks to its low throw ratio, the model is excellently suited for rooms with limited space. A distance of just 124 cm is sufficient to generate an image width of 2 meters. Regarding projection size, the value of 2000 ANSI lumens allows for an image width of up to 389 cm in darkened environments. In rooms with ambient light, the image width should be correspondingly reduced to a maximum of 259 cm. The projector was released in 2008 and is officially no longer distributed by Sanyo.
