Designed for the Short Distance sector, the PLC WXE46A model from Sanyo features 2000 ANSI lumens, a native WXGA 1280 x 800 resolution and a contrast ratio of 500:1. The manufacturer rates the durability of the included lamp at 1500 hours. Thanks to its low throw ratio, the model is excellently suited for rooms with limited space. A distance of just 100 cm is sufficient to generate an image width of 2 meters. Looking at practical performance, up to 454 cm can be illuminated with 2000 ANSI lumens in dark environments. Once daylight is in the room, the image should ideally be no wider than 303 cm. For integration into professional environments, an RJ45 connection is available for network control and remote maintenance. Since entering the market in 2010, production has been discontinued; the manufacturer no longer actively offers the model.
