Hi,
I also have an LP690 that has the same problem...it just switches off after a few minutes. I‘ve already re-soldered all the soldering points...no success
Greetings
Stefan

...the devices were not with us. We have less than 2% complaint rate and still have e-parts for these devices. Rep request via H-Cinema. Greetings from the technical department

Service is zero
we have 2 LP690 both have the same error. After a short time the power supply switches off. Despite repair in an "Infocus specialist workshop", the problem reoccurs after 6 months. The repair was very expensive. The manufacturer remains silent. Stay away from these devices.

No real service
Since I work at the company Expert in Kranichfeld, I have to try to repair these devices (e.g. LP690) as well. But under the current circumstances, this is virtually impossible! No response from the manufacturer regarding repair tips or access to the service mode. Since many devices of this type have the same faults, there is no point in making the effort to contact the company! As the saying goes, “The empire strikes back.” This company is not willing to share information, even though they no longer repair these devices themselves, according to telephone information! I can only strongly advise my customers against buying these devices!
