According to InFocus, the LP425 model provides 700 ANSI lumens, a contrast ratio of 400:1 alongside a SVGA 800 x 600 resolution. The manufacturer rates the durability of the included lamp at 1000 hours. Regarding projection size, the value of 700 ANSI lumens allows for an image width of up to 230 cm in darkened environments. In rooms with ambient light, the image width should be correspondingly reduced to a maximum of 153 cm. Since entering the market in 2000, production has been discontinued; the manufacturer no longer actively offers the model.

Overall, the InFocus LP425 projector performs well, I have already used it for presentations in relatively bright rooms, otherwise it runs "as a home theater". In my opinion, it is relatively loud; this is a purely subjective assessment, but there are certainly other projectors with a different price/performance ratio that deliver equally good results with quieter operating noises. Otherwise, I have been very satisfied with the device for 2 years. Easy to transport. But with a lamp life of just about 1000 hours, it is also relatively expensive. I don‘t yet know how much power it consumes (400W).
