Based on DLP technology, the InFocus IN124STx device delivers 3700 ANSI lumens, a resolution of XGA 1024 x 768 and a contrast of 14000:1 as a projector. The manufacturer lists the lamp life at 2000 hours. With its built-in wide-angle optics, the device belongs to the category of short-throw projectors. An image width of 2 meters is realized from a short distance of 130 cm. Looking at practical performance, up to 530 cm can be illuminated with 3700 ANSI lumens in dark environments. Once daylight is in the room, the image should ideally be no wider than 353 cm. In terms of video signals, the device processes resolutions up to Full HD 1080P as well as 3D. The projector was released in 2016 and is officially no longer distributed by InFocus.
