Based on DLP technology, the InFocus Genesis IN112AA device delivers 3800 ANSI lumens, a resolution of SVGA 800 x 600 and a contrast of 30000:1 as a projector. The manufacturer lists the lamp life at 8000 hours. A daily usage of 2 hours makes an operational lifespan of 11 years possible. Regarding projection size, the value of 3800 ANSI lumens allows for an image width of up to 537 cm in darkened environments. In rooms with ambient light, the image width should be correspondingly reduced to a maximum of 358 cm. Regarding signal processing, the model is compatible with incoming 1080P content as well as 3D. In the specifications, the operating noise is listed at a mere 30 decibels, indicating very quiet cooling. Since entering the market in 2020, production has been discontinued; the manufacturer no longer actively offers the model.
