This projector from Hitachi utilizes Laser-LCD technology, achieving 2200 ANSI lumens and a contrast of 2000:1 at a resolution of XGA 1024 x 768. The runtime of the lamp in this model is estimated at 3000 hours before a replacement is necessary. The short-throw capabilities allow for large images at a short projection distance. According to specifications, a 2-meter wide image requires a distance of only 60 cm. A look at the light output reveals: The 2200 ANSI lumens are sufficient to illuminate an image width of up to 408 cm in darkened rooms. If room light is present, we recommend not exceeding a maximum width of 272 cm. In terms of video signals, the device processes resolutions up to Full HD 1080P. As an additional feature, an integrated media player enables the direct playback of files without an external source device. For convenient remote monitoring and administration, the projector is equipped with a classic RJ45 network socket. This model dates back to 2012 and is no longer part of Hitachi's current product range.
