Based on LCD technology, the Hitachi ED D10N device delivers 2000 ANSI lumens, a resolution of XGA 1024 x 768 and a contrast of 400:1 as a projector. According to Hitachi, the included lamp lasts up to 3000 hours. A special feature is the short-throw lens, which allows the device to be positioned at a very short distance from the screen. According to the data sheet, an image width of 2 meters is achieved from a distance of just 112 cm. Regarding projection size, the value of 2000 ANSI lumens allows for an image width of up to 389 cm in darkened environments. In rooms with ambient light, the image width should be correspondingly reduced to a maximum of 259 cm. In terms of video signals, the device processes resolutions up to Full HD 1080P. For integration into professional environments, an RJ45 connection is available for network control and remote maintenance. This model dates back to 2010 and is no longer part of Hitachi's current product range.
