Based on LCD technology, the Hitachi CP RS55/C/W (Performa) device delivers 1500 ANSI lumens, a resolution of SVGA 800 x 600 and a contrast of 400:1 as a projector. The manufacturer rates the durability of the included lamp at 2000 hours. Regarding projection size, the value of 1500 ANSI lumens allows for an image width of up to 337 cm in darkened environments. In rooms with ambient light, the image width should be correspondingly reduced to a maximum of 225 cm. The projector was released in 2004 and is officially no longer distributed by Hitachi.

Hello I have had the projector for 1 month now and got it as new at a great price. And I have to say that this projector is perfect for my requirements. I watch DVD‘s with it now and the quality is really okay of course there are much much better devices in terms of picture quality but of course these devices are more expensive What I miss with this device is a loop-through for the PC monitor but I don‘t necessarily need this and since all PCs now have 2 out connections anyway, this is probably obsolete
Also I am really very satisfied and really couldn‘t get more for the money
