Designed for the Standard-Portabel sector, the CP X4042WN model from Hitachi features 4200 ANSI lumens, a native XGA 1024 x 768 resolution and a contrast ratio of 10000:1. According to Hitachi, the included lamp lasts up to 5000 hours – mathematically sufficient for 6.8 years based on two hours of use per day. A look at the light output reveals: The 4200 ANSI lumens are sufficient to illuminate an image width of up to 564 cm in darkened rooms. If room light is present, we recommend not exceeding a maximum width of 376 cm. For media input, video signals up to 1080P are supported. Also on board is a local media player that allows reading and playing content directly from storage media. For integration into professional environments, an RJ45 connection is available for network control and remote maintenance. Equipped with a microphone jack and built-in speakers (16W), audio signals during presentations can be played back directly without an external audio system. Since entering the market in 2016, production has been discontinued; the manufacturer no longer actively offers the model.
