A projector from 3M is the S55i, whose LCD model delivers 2000 ANSI lumens, a resolution of SVGA 800 x 600 and a contrast of 400:1. According to 3M, the included lamp lasts up to 2000 hours. A look at the light output reveals: The 2000 ANSI lumens are sufficient to illuminate an image width of up to 389 cm in darkened rooms. If room light is present, we recommend not exceeding a maximum width of 259 cm. The projector was released in 2006 and is officially no longer distributed by 3M.
